Earnings disclaimer (plain English): We teach and provide Amazon services. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will make money. Any results referenced on this site are examples from specific situations, not promises. Your results depend on your product selection, effort, budget, market conditions, and execution.

1. Services and content

eCommerceWing provides online education (the Amazon Growth Program), coaching, and Amazon-related services. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. No income guarantees

Selling on Amazon involves risk, including the loss of money invested in inventory, advertising, and tools. We make no representations or warranties about earnings, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.

3. Course access and use

Course access is for the enrolled individual only. Sharing logins or redistributing course materials is prohibited.
All course materials, templates, and frameworks are the intellectual property of eCommerceWing and licensed to you for personal business use.
Refund policy — 7-day guarantee: Self-Paced Course and Course + Group Coaching purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed and course materials (templates, checklists, calculators) have not been bulk-downloaded. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not available once either limit is passed or after the 7-day window. Done-With-You Launch is refundable in full until your first strategy session has taken place. Limit of one refund per customer. To request a refund, email info@ecommercewing.com from your purchase email; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Services engagements

Done-for-you and done-with-you services are governed by the scope agreed in writing before work begins. We act on your account only with your authorization, and you remain responsible for your Amazon account and its compliance with Amazon's policies.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon", "FBA", and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. References to tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, and SellerBoard are for educational purposes; we may use affiliate links, which will be disclosed where applicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eCommerceWing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website, course, or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
